Salesforce QA Engineer

Location: HYD Campus, Hyderabad

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM testing, particularly within the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Lightning components. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications that support core business processes such as sales, service, and marketing. The engineer will bridge business requirements with technical validation, ensuring that Salesforce solutions deliver consistent value to end-users and align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business and functional requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
2. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand Salesforce requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
3. Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
4. Conduct end-to-end testing including validations of Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
5. Ensure data integrity and accuracy during testing of Salesforce objects, reports, and dashboards.
6. Document defects, track resolution, and ensure timely closure with development teams.
7. Participate in release management processes, ensuring smooth deployment of Salesforce updates.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expert in Salesforce CRM Application
• Expert in Salesforce FSC & Lightning Components
• Expert in Salesforce Standard and Custom Objects, Flows, Triggers, and Apex code
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and metadata configurations
• Strong knowledge of QA Testing processes

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SQL queries for data validation and backend testing
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments supporting Salesforce integrations
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Analytical thinking to identify edge cases and complex business scenarios
