Systems Architect (Senior Manager)

Design and own end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Lead high/low-level design discussions, translating business requirements into scalable technical blueprints. Drive decisions on: Flow vs Apex vs LWC, Sync vs Async, On-platform vs external processing. Ensure solutions are optimized for scalability, performance, and Salesforce governor limits. Strong knowledge of Apex design patterns, Salesforce data model, security framework, and declarative framework. Data & Security: Design robust data models: custom objects, relationships, indexing strategies, and data archival. Handle LDV scenarios: skinny tables, indexed fields, SOQL optimization, archiving. Implement and govern Salesforce security model: Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules, FLS. Technical Leadership: Work with IT CRM and business teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and plan releases. Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices. Lead teams and drive technical discussions. Collaborate with developers, BAs, Architects, and IT SMEs. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in DevOps. Integration & Middleware: Design integration patterns using MuleSoft or equivalent. Define API strategies: REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC. Emerging Technologies: Agentforce: Topics, Sub-agents, and Prompt Design. Prompt Builder for AI-powered flows. Data Cloud: ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution. External data patterns and RAG in Salesforce AI context. Experience with Einstein AI/Prompt Builder. Core Requirements: Architecture: End-to-end design, LDV handling, limit-aware design. Apex & LWC: Strong hands-on coding; must write and review code. Data/Security: Objects, relationships, archival, Sharing Model, FLS. Async: Queueable, Batch Apex, Future methods. Integration: MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC. Agentforce: MUST HAVE hands-on experience with Topics, Sub-agents, Prompt Design. Data Cloud: MUST HAVE hands-on experience with ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution. Problem Solving: Evaluate trade-offs and recommend optimal solutions.
