We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving any issues they may have. This includes troubleshooting technical problems, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and providing feedback to the product development team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong technical background.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
