We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR People Partner to support strategic HR initiatives and serve as a key advisor to leaders and employees. As an HR PP, you will collaborate closely with various departments to improve employee engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture alignment. You will also play an important role in shaping people strategies that support business goals while fostering a positive employee experience.
Partnership with managers and team leaders: consulting on people management, support in making HR decisions; Support for the full cycle of HR processes in assigned teams; Improving team effectiveness through regular meetings, analysis of dynamics, and facilitation of change; Performance management: launching and supporting assessment cycles, coordinating PIPs, working with low performers; Developing employee development plans together with managers; Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes and their continuous improvement; Monitoring team, identifying risks, and preventive work; Preparing HR analytics, guides and participating in the formation of recommendations for management; Participating in projects to develop culture, leadership, and engagement; Facilitating team meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.
At least 2 years of experience in an HR role or employee relations role in IT companies; Strong skills in building partnerships with managers: consulting, coaching, and support in resolving team issues; Deep understanding of HR processes: performance management, talent development, onboarding/offboarding, succession planning; Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for planning and decision-making; Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach; Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments, high level of emotional intelligence and empathy; English level B1+.
