With an emphasis on using eco-conscious, high-quality products, the salon prioritizes the health and resilience of each client's natural hair. Every visit begins with an in-depth consultation to fully understand the client's preferences and ensure the final result reflects their vision for their brows and lashes.

Job Description

• Act as a neutral HR point of contact for employees to share concerns or feedback

• Listen impartially to both employee and management perspectives

• Summarize and report issues to the business owner without revealing identities

• Attend virtual meetings with staff and follow up on concerns via WhatsApp or email

• Provide basic guidance or redirection to employees regarding HR-related inquiries

• Assist in setting up foundational HR practices across remote teams

Must Haves

• This role is open ONLY to Filipino citizens currently residing in the Philippines

• Experience in HR or people management

• Good listening skills and can remain neutral and professional

• Comfortable working flexible

• Confidence, trustworthiness and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly

• No beauty industry experience required — outsider perspective is welcome

Home Office Requirements
