Serve as the go-to support person for our community when technical issues arise. Provide troubleshooting help via email and virtual meetings. Document and/or record solutions so future users can self-serve. Test new systems, pages, and processes to ensure they work as expected before launch. Handle technical tasks that currently bottleneck leadership. Ability to host Sunday Service (video capture/troubleshooting).
A curious and proactive problem-solver who thrives on creating clarity and efficiency. Strong technical skills with Google Workspace and Zoom; experience with Kajabi or similar platforms is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and accessible way. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience with Kajabi. Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software. Basic coding or automation skills. Knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance productivity and efficiency.
