Job Description:
• Perform tax preparation for U.S.-based businesses.
• Prepare and file various tax forms, including 1040, Schedule C, Schedule E, 1065, and LL20.
• Manage client intake by handling forms and front office communication.
• Provide administrative support as needed, such as managing emails and "Contact Us" inquiries.
• Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
Must Haves:
• Experience in business tax preparation for U.S. businesses
• Comfortable preparing aforementioned tax forms
• Able to manage high-volume workload (given the seasons)
• Good communicator with strong organizational skills
Home Office Requirements:
