Job Description

• Create and edit engaging short-form content such as graphics, reels, and videos.

• Develop and implement an Instagram growth strategy to increase followers, reach, and engagement.

• Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality posting.

• Track and monitor account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Actively engage with followers to build community and strengthen brand presence.

Must Haves

• Strong skills in content creation, including short-form reels and graphic design.

• Proven experience with Instagram growth strategies to drive engagement and follower growth.

• A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas that stand out in a competitive niche.

Home Office Requirements
