Candidate Identification & Recruiting • Partner with clients to support high-volume hiring across technical, professional, and engineering roles • Source candidates using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, networking groups, and professional associations • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements • Present opportunities to candidates and assist with offer discussions and negotiations • Prepare and submit candidate profiles through client systems • Coordinate interviews (internal and client), conduct reference checks, and support hiring decisions • Guide candidates through the interview process to ensure a smooth, positive experience • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and industry networks to support ongoing hiring needs • Actively promote roles through social media and professional platforms to attract top talent • Follow client and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and quality throughout the recruiting process Recruiting Operations • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and activity tracking in the ATS • Post and manage job openings across internal and external platforms • Keep an organized, current pipeline to support active and future roles • Adhere to established client and internal SOPs for documentation, submissions, and reporting
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in engineering, construction, IT, or professional roles within the nuclear / rail industry • 3+ years of U.S. staffing experience, ideally in a contract recruiting environment • Experience supporting MSP/VMS programs (e.g., dotStaff, Fieldglass, etc.) • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern tools (Office 365, AI platforms) • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other online techniques • Active LinkedIn presence with experience in social media and employer branding • Experience handling sensitive information in regulated environments (e.g., CUI) with a strong commitment to confidentiality • Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
