Job Description:

Ad Strategy Creation

• Design and implement tailored paid media strategies for construction and trade clients.

• Align campaigns with client business goals (lead generation, ROI, brand visibility).

Ad Copywriting & Creative Production

• Write persuasive, lead-focused ad copy across Google and Meta.

• Independently create ad creatives (graphics, carousels, short-form video ads) using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.

• Test and refine creative concepts to maximize engagement and conversions.

Ad Deployment & Management

• Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

• Ensure accurate audience targeting, keyword optimization, and budget allocation.

Analytics & Tracking

• Set up and manage campaign tracking via Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Monitor performance, interpret results, and optimize campaigns for CPL, CTR, and ROAS.

• Troubleshoot tracking issues to ensure accurate attribution.

Reporting & Client Communication

• Deliver clear, professional reports showing before-and-after comparisons, key metrics, and actionable recommendations.

• Provide insights that go beyond numbers—explaining what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.

• Contribute to client retention by communicating results in plain English.

Continuous Optimization

• Stay ahead of PPC trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

• Experiment with new ad formats, targeting methods, and creative strategies for continual improvement.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of PPC management across Google and Meta platforms.

• Proven track record delivering lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.

• Strong ad copywriting skills tailored to performance marketing.

• Hands-on ability to create graphics and video ad creatives.

• Advanced knowledge of campaign tracking, analytics, and attribution.

• Excellent communication—able to simplify complex results for non-technical clients.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in the construction/trade sector or B2B lead generation.

• Familiarity with HighLevel CRM or similar marketing automation tools.

• Data storytelling—turning campaign insights into engaging client narratives.

• Soft skills such as adaptability, problem-solving, and proactive client management.

• Proficiency in Pumble (Slack like tool for client engagement) and Clickup for Project Management.
