Job Description:

• Submit customer orders accurately and on time.

• Load and process orders into SAP.

• Manage and process credit requests.

• Load discounts and ensure they are applied correctly.

• Perform additional administrative duties as needed (data entry, reporting, documentation, etc.).

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure order accuracy.

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates in the system.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Prior experience in order management, credits, or discount processing.

• Background in administrative support for operations or supply chain.

Home Office Requirements:
