Job Description:
• Keep out HubSpot CRM spotless. Enter and update records, standardize fields, and maintain accurate owners so AEs can move fast.
• Build and maintain clean lists and sequence, ensuring the right contacts land in the right outreach with complete context and next steps.
• Own the Google Sheet trackers that power weekly reporting; reconcile data with HubSpot and surface simple, reliable pipeline hygiene updates.
• Document SOPs and close small process gaps before they become big ones: checklists, field definitions, and step-by-step guides.
• Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teammates to keep workflows smooth, improve data reliability, and reduce friction for the front line.
Must Haves:
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, administration, or a detail-heavy coordination role (experience in a startup or high-tempo environment is a plus).
• Proficiency in HubSpot (or a similar CRM) and Google Sheets, including filters, pivots, lookups, and data cleaning.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to notice inconsistencies, resolve them, and prevent recurrence.
• A process-oriented communication style, with clear documentation, reliable follow-through, and effective collaboration across teams.
• Strong technical aptitude, being tool-savvy and a quick learner with a service mindset, and the ability to turn messy inputs into clean, actionable data.
