Job Description:

• Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEO) strategies.
• Develop, execute, and monitor campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, templates, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate events and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and strengthen the brand image across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure marketing strategies align with organizational goals.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong content creation and social media management skills.
• Familiarity with Australian organizations and the mental health sector.
• Knowledge and/or experience in veteran well-being initiatives (highly advantageous).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Residency in the Philippines. Open to Filipinos ONLY.

Home Office Requirements:

• Perfectly working headset and webcam.
• Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps.
• Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X.
• Quiet room with no distractions or background noises.
• A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift.
