Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and research potential retail merchant leads across electronics, furniture, home appliances, fashion, and lifestyle segments in Australia.

• Use LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and other tools to generate and qualify leads.

• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers.

Pipeline Development & Management

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and assistance with onboarding.

• Track and report on KPIs, lead quality, and conversion metrics.

• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.

Relationship Building & Outreach

• Engage merchants through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.

• Present the value proposition of the platform effectively to diverse retail sectors.

• Nurture relationships to build trust and long-term partnerships.

Collaboration & Insights

• Work closely with management team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and onboarding steps.

• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and merchant needs.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of lead generation strategies and processes.

Must Haves

• This role is open only to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales or lead generation, preferably in B2B2C models.

• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving pipeline growth.

• Strong understanding of the Australian retail market across electronics, furniture, home appliances, fashion accessories, and lifestyle products.

• Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. (Mailchimp, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly proactive.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Home Office Requirements
