The client is a transport company owned by Aboriginal stakeholders, focusing on heavy haulage solutions for Victoria's construction industry. With a team of 25 drivers, the business is experiencing rapid growth and is dedicated to providing reliable service and maintaining clear, prompt communication with its clients.
• GPS tracking of fleet - monitoring movements and ensuring drivers are running to schedule
• Driver communication - clear, confident English required to manage shifts, changes, and delays
• Customer updates - proactively communicating any delays or issues
• Truck pre-start checks and nightly operational disciplines (training provided)
• Docket management and POD handling
• Equipment hire and de-hire tracking
• Weekly profitability reporting
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Assertive individual with direct communication style to drivers
• Amenable to working on Sundays. The Sunday shift would be on an as-needed basis, around the same time, and would be only 4–6 hours long.
