Manage accounts receivable, including timely and accurate invoicing
Handle accounts payable, including bill processing and vendor payments
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Monitor and respond promptly to emails sent to the accounts inbox
Maintain and organize the accounts email inbox for efficiency and follow-up
Utilize Google Workspace tools effectively, with a focus on financial operations
Demonstrate strong team management skills with a collaborative and results-driven approach
Proven expertise in Xero – must be highly proficient in using the platform for day-to-day financial operations
Familiarity with Odoo is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
