Job Description:

  • Respond to inbound phone calls and provide professional customer service support (minimal volume, as most communication is managed through email)
  • Utilize HouseCall Pro to schedule technicians efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Confirm and communicate schedule adjustments with both clients and technicians to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Manage collections by following up on outstanding payments and overdue invoices in a courteous and consistent manner
  • Record and maintain accurate documentation of all collections within the system for proper tracking
  • Enter new and open jobs into HouseCall Pro with precision to ensure up-to-date and reliable information

Must Haves:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, and file management)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Only open to Filipinos currently residing in the Philippines.

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with HouseCall Pro or similar scheduling software

Home Office Requirements:

  • Perfectly working headset and webcam
  • Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps
  • Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later
  • Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
  • A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
