• Manage payments, invoicing, and incoming reconciliations
• Schedule and process outgoing payments
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting
• Support basic accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Coordinate job scheduling and manage quote bookings
• Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence with strong email and verbal communication skills
• Open to Filipinos residing in the Philippines
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
• Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
