Job Description
• Set up and manage an email marketing system (platform to be decided).
• Create engaging lead magnets to generate new leads.
• Develop and implement a 5-part automated welcome email sequence to nurture subscribers.
• Set up email campaigns, including limited-time offers and promotions.
• Write compelling, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for all email campaigns.
• Nurture leads through strategic content—no call required, just purely emails.
• Manage incoming email responses and assist with booking appointments as needed.
• Experiment with tools and strategies to optimize email marketing performance.
Must Haves
• Residency in the Philippines. Open to Filipinos ONLY.
• Proven experience in email marketing and content writing.
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing strategies and conversion-focused copywriting.
• Ability to create content from scratch and develop effective lead magnets.
• Familiarity with email automation tools (Currently has no tools yet for this one and open to suggestion).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Open to testing and adapting new approaches to improve campaign results.
Home Office Requirements
