Job Description
Amazon • Pull and share regular sales and performance reports. • Help maintain product listings including copy, images, and pricing. • Monitor inventory levels and flag when stock needs replenishing. Website • Assist with updating product pages, banners, and promotional content. • Help monitor site performance and flag any issues. • Support basic SEO updates and content changes. Email Marketing (EDM & Klaviyo) • Help build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo. • Assist with list management and basic audience segmentation. • Track and report on key email metrics (opens, clicks, revenue). Affiliate Program • Support onboarding of new affiliates and respond to partner queries. • Distribute promotional assets and discount codes to affiliates. • Track and report on affiliate performance. Creative & Canva • Use Canva to create simple marketing assets such as email banners, social tiles, and promotional graphics. • Resize and adapt existing designs for different channels and formats. • Maintain brand consistency across all creative output.
Must Haves
• Experience in ecommerce, marketing, or a related field. • Proficient in Shopify and Klaviyo. • Confident using Canva to create and adapt marketing assets. • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • A self-starter who can manage their own tasks and meet deadlines. • A genuine interest in ecommerce and digital marketing. • Residency in the Philippines.
