The client is a high-end fashion brand originally established in 2012 in Vancouver, Canada. Embracing femininity and form, the client designs pieces that transition seamlessly from the boardroom to evening events. Each collection is produced in limited runs, reflecting a commitment to individuality, quality, and purposeful craftsmanship over mass production.
With a philosophy that celebrates standing out rather than blending in, the client is now relaunching in Australia and is focused on building a talented team to support its growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management & Optimization
• Maintain and optimize the Shopify store to maximize sales, conversions, and user experience.
• Regularly update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Implement UX/UI improvements and conduct A/B testing to enhance performance and conversion rates.
• Monitor sales analytics and recommend data-driven adjustments to product presentation and promotions.
Digital Marketing Execution
• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters and automations) using Klaviyo.
• Implement SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rate, and CPA, optimizing campaigns for profitability.
Content & Creative Production
• Create and edit engaging content for social media, website, and advertising materials (photo, video, copy).
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and creative outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Identify and execute promotions, bundles, and collaborations to increase online sales.
• Monitor product performance and customer behavior, recommending strategies to improve retention and conversion.
• Support in partnership building, influencer collaborations, and other revenue-generating campaigns.
• Open to Filipinos only residing in the Philippines.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales.
• Proven track record of driving measurable online sales growth through digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Shopify, and email marketing platforms.
• Skilled in content creation and video editing using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for key KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rate, and CPA.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented work ethic.
• A self-starter capable of working independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or partnership campaigns.
