Job Description

• Help learn/research ways to improve YouTube channel • Coordinate tasks and remind Judy of upcoming deadlines and events • Research new technologies and platforms (like email automation software) • Simplify and break down complex processes into step-by-step instructions • Help find contractor to assist with website tasks (landing page setup, finding website developers) • Be resourceful in finding solutions and experts when needed • Assist with tech platform navigation (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, email automation) • Respond to communications from Judy in a timely manner • Deliver on promised tasks within agreed deadlines • Support with coordination of various business initiatives

Must Haves

• Responsible - delivers on promises and meets deadlines • Responsive - communicates promptly and keeps the owner informed • Quick learner - picks up new technologies and platforms quickly • Tech savvy - comfortable using various digital platforms and tools • Detail oriented - pays attention to specifics • Experience using social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)

Home Office Requirements
