Job Description

• Conduct Weekly Ads Performance Reporting (Providing Reporting from Meta & Google Ads for Review)

• Sending Customers Emails to Book: Check In's/Reviews

• Video Shoots

• Onboarding

• Sending Welcome Emails to New Customers

• Updating Customer Proposals & Service Agreements

• Sending New Customer Service Agreements for Signing (Via Adobe Sign)

• Setting up New Customer Reporting Dashboards (In Agency Analytics)

• Uploading Meta Ad Campaigns

• Monitor & Support our General Business Email Inbox

• Supporting the team with uploading Content (As Required)

Must Haves

• Residency in the Philippines. Open to Filipinos ONLY.

• 2 years of experience in digital marketing support, virtual assistance, or account coordination roles.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting tools.

• Experience with Agency Analytics or similar reporting platforms is an advantage.

• Proficiency in email management tools and Adobe Sign (or other e-signature platforms).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic understanding of marketing metrics and ad performance indicators preferred.

Home Office Requirements
