Job Description
Professionally answer inbound calls for both businesses
Provide accurate responses to basic customer service questions
Collect caller information and enter it into the EHR system
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
Route or escalate calls to the appropriate team members when needed
Must Haves
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Prior customer service experience
Comfortable accurately logging data into systems, such as EHR or similar platforms
This role is open only to Filipino candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Nice to Haves
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical support environment
Experience handling multiple phone lines or call routing
Home Office Requirements
Perfectly working headset and webcam
Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps
Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later
Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
