Job Description:

• Monitor and respond to incoming email/web enquiries promptly and professionally.

• Send the ServiceM8 job enquiry form/link, collect required customer details, and confirm next steps.

• Manage light booking coordination (gather availability, schedule placeholders, and confirm timing once quoting is finalised).

• Maintain basic job tracking/admin updates (status updates, follow-ups, and keeping records accurate).

• Support with customer follow-ups (ensure prospects don't go cold; reduce repeat callers by providing clear updates).

• Assist with basic social media support (posting/engagement or scheduling content), as capacity allows.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years' experience in customer service/admin support (trade/services businesses ideal).

• Confident communicator with strong written English (clear, friendly, professional).

• Comfortable working with ServiceM8 or similar job management software (willing to learn quickly).

• Strong organisational skills: follow-ups, task lists, and ensuring nothing is missed.

• Experience with cloud phone systems (e.g., Dialpad or similar) and/or taking enquiry calls/messages is a plus.

• Solid tech skills: email, spreadsheets, shared docs, and basic social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite/Canva – nice to have).

Nice to Haves:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar admin/customer service role (virtual or in-house).

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities calmly.

Home Office Requirements:
