Social Media Management

Content Research & Creation (Main Focus - 60-70% of role)

• Research competitors and trending content in the sales, business, and mindset niche across social platforms

• Analyze high-performing content and identify trends that align with our brand

• Write short-form video scripts (30-60 seconds each) based on successful formats and trending topics

• Edit filmed content following brand guidelines and style examples

• Schedule and post content across social media platforms

Outreach & Networking (20-30% of role)

• Research and compile lists of podcast hosts/brands that would align with our content

• Maintain and update Google Sheets with contact information and outreach status

• Send personalized DMs/emails (with template) to podcast hosts/brands

General Business Support (10-20% of role)

• Assist with various administrative tasks across two business ventures

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities

• Other tasks as needed to support business growth

Must Haves

• Open to Filipinos only based in the Philippines.

• At least 2 years of experience relevant to the role

• Content creation experience with good understanding of video formats

• Ability to write high quality and engaging scripts

• Ability to spot high-performing videos, understand why they worked, and recreate them

• Strong communication skills (Fluent English)

Nice to Haves

• Editing videos, short form (Tiktok/Instagram reels), Long form (YouTube)

• Experience in business, sales, and mindset spaces

Home Office Requirements
