Job Description
• Supports the Billing and Credentialing Manager and other billing associates.
• Achieves maximum reimbursement for services rendered by mental health providers.
- Submits, tracks, and investigates insurance claims.
- Runs daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Collects payments from clients.
• Spends time on the phone with insurance companies:
- Determines reasons for denied claims.
- Resolves issues with claims.
• Creates and analyzes reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Reports directly to the Billing and Credentialing Manager.
• Requires adaptability to change and participation in daily meetings.
Must Haves
• Exceptional organizing and task management capabilities.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets Formulas.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experienced with digital collaboration tools and office applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Highly discreet with a commitment to handling confidential information.
• Independent, driven, with the capability to operate at minimal oversight.
• Ready to work during standard business hours, adaptable to various time zones.
Home Office Requirements
