The client is a new mobile equine veterinary practice that provides premium veterinary care for performance horses, including racing and polo thoroughbreds.
The practice is led by two Senior Partners and is currently supported by an experienced team member who is helping establish the office administration systems and processes. This is a young and growing practice with a friendly, collaborative culture. In the early stages, you'll receive hands-on guidance to help you navigate the systems and responsibilities of the role.
• Payment reconciliation using Ezyvet
• Customer data entry in Ezyvet
• Bill tracking in Google Sheets and Xero
• Stock tracking in Ezyvet
• Processing veterinary digital paperwork in Google and Ezyvet (e.g., attaching blood test results to animal files)
• Running monthly reports via Ezyvet and Google
• Inbox monitoring and management
• Coordinating monthly newsletters
• Providing occasional marketing admin support
• General administrative support for Partners and team
• Experience with Ezyvet or similar veterinary software
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
• Background in a veterinary clinic or practice
