They provide whole-house fans, roof windows, roof ventilation, and a range of residential and commercial daylighting and ventilation products and services to homes and businesses across Perth, Bunbury, Mandurah, and Albany.
• Manage supplier invoices and receipts, ensuring correct coding and prompt processing.
• Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations in Xero.
• Process all client invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Assist with follow-ups, clarifications, and supporting documents related to AP/AR.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential).
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
• Confident with spreadsheets and financial data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines within a part-time schedule.
