Email Marketing And HubSpot Automation Specialist

Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimize lifecycle email campaigns (nurture, onboarding, follow-ups, re-engagement, announcements)
• Write or collaborate on clear, conversion-focused email copy aligned with brand voice
• Segment audiences by behavior and lead stage (hot, warm, cold)
• A/B test subject lines, content, timing, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates
• Build and manage HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and internal notifications
• Set up automated emails triggered by forms, deal stages, and user actions
• Maintain CRM data (contacts, properties, lists, lifecycle stages, lead statuses)
• Align email automation with sales pipelines, discovery calls, and deal ownership
• Track email and funnel performance (opens, CTRs, conversions, lead-to-deal flow)
• Identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities, providing actionable insights
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns, launches, and content
• Document workflows and SOPs for scalability
• Stay current on HubSpot updates and email marketing best practices

Required Skills

• Proven experience in email marketing and HubSpot CRM
• Hands-on HubSpot automation and workflow building
• Strong lifecycle marketing and segmentation knowledge
• Experience aligning sales and marketing inside a CRM
• Data-driven mindset with strong written communication
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)

• Experience with agencies or B2B services
• Familiarity with contractors, or service businesses
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
• Experience with automation tools
