We are looking for an Account Manager to guide new clients through the onboarding process and set them up for long-term success. This role is responsible for ensuring all client accounts, tools, and workflows are set up accurately and efficiently while building strong client relationships from day one. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a client-facing role.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
• Develop and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
• Collect, verify, and organize client information, documents, and access credentials.
• Set up client accounts across marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Ensure clients are properly introduced to their dedicated team members and service workflows.
• Train clients on processes, communication methods, and expectations.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation, checklists, and SOPs.
• Monitor progress of onboarding tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Escalate potential issues early and provide solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, social media, website, and ads) to ensure all client needs are met during setup.
• Track and report on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and time-to-launch metrics.
• Onboarding completion rate and timeliness.
• Accuracy of client setup across platforms and tools.
• Client satisfaction during onboarding (measured via feedback/surveys).
• Reduction in onboarding errors and escalations.
• Time-to-value: speed at which clients are fully set up and campaigns launched.
• Retention of clients after the onboarding period.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in client onboarding, account management, or operations (agency or SaaS experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, GSC, Meta Business Suite, CRMs, email platforms).
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple onboarding processes at once.
• Comfortable documenting processes and improving workflows.
• Knowledge of the construction or B2B industry is a plus.
