Assists the Patient Relations Manager and functions in a patient/hospital/staff liaison role, with a goal of improved communications and complaint resolution. Supports Patient Relations department in various capacities as needed to improve patient satisfaction.

Must have a general understanding of hospital and healthcare services. Possess positive interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Must have the ability to provide conflict resolution and adapt easily to all situations, functioning well under stress. Required Education: HS diploma or equivalent required.
Hourly Rate: $18.16 - $26.95 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
