B2B Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to build Virta business in the APAC region. In this role you will create awareness among customers on how to create electric vehicle charging business with our platform solution and secure growth in mid-market and enterprise segments. You will be supported by our colleagues in the region and sales organization in Europe and report directly to our Geo leader in Singapore.
What You’ll Do
- Expand our customer base in Thailand and SEA countries, securing sales opportunities from key enterprises in the region.
- Effectively generate outbound pipeline through various channels and strategies.
- Prospect qualification, development, and execution into new sales opportunities.
- Manage sales process including effective forecasting and opportunity closure.
- Build positive relationship with colleagues across the organization in Europe.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets by securing new client accounts.

What You’ll Bring
You have a proven track record of selling complex solutions and previous sales experience gained within e-mobility and software or service sales (SaaS) organization managing many sales cycles at any one time. You are a result-driven self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to engage C-level in strategic discussions. You are solution-oriented and understand value-based selling approach.
You also have:
- Ability to build trusted relationships, manage existing accounts and close new deals.
- A strong understanding of enterprise and corporate landscape in Thailand and rest of the APAC region.
- Understanding and experience in new market entry.
- Expertise in strategic account planning, prospecting, and negotiation.
- Proven track record in communicating with C-Level decision makers and other key stakeholders.
- Experience in utilizing Sales Methodologies like MEDDIC / SPIN.
- Knowledge of digital sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Expertise in creating presentations, business calculations, business proposals and the ability to lead discovery workshops for prospects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
- Willingness to travel as required (national and occasional international travel).
- Experience working with companies that have HQ in Europe.
- Right to work in Thailand.
