Client Operations Temporary Position

This is a temporary position that will end December 8th, 2025. Responsibilities include ensuring daily performance metrics are being met or exceeded, coaching and educating agents on how to improve their performance, creating an environment focusing on fun, enthusiasm, and accountability, taking initiative and showing leadership by creating performance improvement plans, administering coaching and disciplinary action when appropriate, handling both internal and client led performance discussions, performing other related duties and assignments as required, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, taking calls when needed, and ensuring mandatory background checks are passed.

Requirements include at least 1 year supervisory experience, an active healthcare license, the ability to work remotely, flexibility to work any 8 hours between 7AM-7PM EST Monday to Friday, a college degree or equivalent work experience, ability to work under pressure, solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills, a keen sense of attention to detail, proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills, a typing speed of 25 wpm, excellent written and verbal communication skills, availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs, a high school diploma or GED, excellent attendance history, and passing mandatory background checks.

Required skills include process excellence, collaboration, communication, emotional intelligence, open-mindedness, critical thinking, solution orientation, entrepreneurship, AI proficiency, and data literacy.
