ALTA IT is seeking a Plan-Facing ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for our customers. This role serves as the primary voice of the customer, working directly with plan stakeholders to understand workflows, assess readiness, identify gaps, and guide successful adoption of ServiceNow capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong account manager–style skills, excels in executive-facing communication, and is comfortable presenting to C-level audiences while building trusted advisory relationships. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and/or CRM modules is strongly preferred, along with familiarity in solution adoption and transformation initiatives.
