Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead and manage our service teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring service quality, improving processes, managing resources, and maintaining positive client relationships. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and management skills, preferably with experience in the HVAC industry.

You will join a team of 14, with most team members working in the field. The work hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break. The role requires onsite presence with travel to different sites.
