As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and remaining visible throughout the utilities location. Pay Rate: $17.60 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Assist with access control procedures for personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering the utility facility.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate logs as required by site procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Primarily driving post is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid are preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
