What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and manage communications from various sources, including alarms, phones, and radios, to coordinate security-related activities within the location.

+ Dispatch security personnel to respond to incidents, emergencies, or routine requests as needed, maintaining a calm and problem-solving approach.

+ Document and log all incidents, calls, and relevant information accurately and promptly for record-keeping and follow-up.

+ Collaborate with on-site personnel and management to provide customer service and support security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Assist with emergency response activities, following established protocols to help protect people and property within the tech, media, and telecom environment.

+ Conduct regular status checks with field personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain awareness of site conditions.

+ Communicate important information to appropriate parties, escalating issues when necessary to help address critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A guard card or security license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
