Job Title
Design and implement technical approaches within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript. Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, development, and iterative delivery. Participate in technical reviews and provide guidance on platform best practices.

Skills and Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including: JavaScript-based development, Portal Development, Virtual Agent, and Workspaces
- Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with Business Analysts
- Understanding of ServiceNow as a cloud-based service
- Experience with at least two of the following ServiceNow modules: SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) ITOM (IT Operations Management) ITAM (IT Asset Management) (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
