Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Roanoke, Virginia. This role requires an individual who is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and delivering trustworthy, solution-oriented sales. You will play a key role in representing our brand and driving customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to establish trust and promote long-term partnerships.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Proactively engage in both inbound and outbound sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
  • Identify customer pain points and provide thoughtful, problem-solving approaches to address them.
  • Represent the company with integrity, avoiding overpromising and ensuring honest communication.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently demonstrating a go-getter attitude.
  • Adapt to various customer backgrounds and levels of experience to provide personalized support.
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute to a family-oriented, collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to ask effective questions and address customer concerns.
  • Proven ability to handle challenging conversations and overcome objections.
  • Experience in inside sales, direct sales, inbound, or outbound sales is preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated and hardworking with a results-driven mindset.
  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to highly experienced professionals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated capacity to build trust and maintain integrity in customer interactions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and processes.
