A day in the life of a Sales Operations Manager is focused on ensuring the division meets its closing and sales goals while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You will spend your day scheduling, maintaining, and managing all closings for the division, making sure every detail is accounted for and deadlines are met. Managing the flow of department information is key, as you handle reporting, scheduling, and coordinating meetings to keep everyone aligned and informed. With 100% of your time spent in the office, you are the central hub that keeps the division's sales operations organized and on track, playing a crucial role in the division's overall success.
Technical tools used daily include the MS Office Suite.
The ideal Sales Operations Manager candidate is detail-oriented and highly organized. They are also excellent, responsive communicators and possess a positive, customer-focused attitude. Clear communication of insights and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships are essential for success in this role.
