Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader

We are currently ready to hire a friendly, experienced Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader that enjoys delivering 100% customer satisfaction! Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner as they enter the store.
• Providing fast and efficient service.
• Receiving money, giving correct change, and refunding cash for returned merchandise and/or exchanges.
• Assisting with shift change by counting money in cash drawer.
• Using special equipment to process specialty products.
• Checking identification for restricted sales.
• Checking and replenishing stock on food service supplies.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment used for service or stocking food service products.
• Cleaning all areas, including counter tops, microwaves, shelves, floors, windows, cooler doors, food service equipment, restrooms, and parking lots.
• Stocking shelves and cooler, rotating and front facing stock.
• Checking in vendor deliveries as needed.
• Completing bad merchandise forms.
• Ordering merchandise.
• Using current training materials.
• Completing all necessary training evaluations and documents.
• Providing feedback to management on training program and materials.
• Monitoring cash levels and security procedures during shift.
• Reviewing job assignments for completeness.
• Assuming other duties and responsibilities as assigned to accommodate store operational needs.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
