Oracle Talent Acquisition Specialist

Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and qualify potential candidates for the hiring initiatives needed by the Lines of Business.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the recruiting strategy including identifying creative approaches to recruiting.
  • Participate in the candidate selection process.
  • Plan and execute recruitment events.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates.
  • Develop a recruiting strategy with Oracle's Lines of Business to ensure quality hires within the organizations budget.
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle's Lines of Business.
  • Serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions.
  • Implement recruiting plans with a diversity lens.
  • Plan, execute and manage interviews for candidates/managers.
  • Lead the development of collateral material for recruitment initiatives.
  • May train and mentor other team members.
  • Have project lead role.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
