Model-Based Systems Engineer

CACI is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) with experience in SysML using modeling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler. This role focuses on applying MBSE methodologies to enabling data-driven decision-making for warfighting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Apply MBSE to develop and maintain SysML models in Cameo to capture requirements, use cases, and system architectures.
• Support mission engineering, analysis, system functions and develop functional and performance requirements and C5 systems integration.
• Ensure traceability between architecture models, IC data compliance, and program requirements.
• Demonstrate and utilize modeling tools such as Cameo and other similar tools and languages such as SysML, to help the customer with the various technical requirements and mission planning.
• Develop and analyze MBSE models to derive mission threads and use cases to aid in system-level verification planning.
• Apply knowledge of C5 systems to create technical diagrams with SysML that accurately outline data flows amongst system components.

Required:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology.
• 5 years' experience in analysis, development, evaluation, integration, or test of DoD systems including experience with:
• Cameo and SysML
• C5 systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to relate effectively with program employees, government client representatives, and internal organizational functional representatives.
• A collaborative, team-centric attitude and enthusiasm that encourages outreach and partnership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and requirements simultaneously in a diverse and dynamic environment with short

Desired:

• Scripting skills (JavaScript, Python) for Cameo automation.
• Basic knowledge of C++ and/or MATLAB.
• Systems Engineering experience within the DoD.
