As the manager, you will:
Experience: 6–8 years of relevant professional experience, including 3–4 years in consulting and at least 1 year of team or engagement leadership. Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field required. Skills & Expertise: Strong product or technical expertise within data analytics, reporting, or healthcare IT. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver functional and technical solutions for moderately complex client needs. Broad understanding of business processes, industry best practices, and technology solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with independent judgment. Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport and consult with clients at all levels. Proven ability to manage individual contributors and develop high-performing teams. Other: Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position. Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen.
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Willing to travel 25%.
