Machine Operators, Assemblers & Brazers – 2nd & Weekend Shifts

Location: Fully onsite in Lexington, VA

Open Shifts:

• Weekend A Shift: Fri–Sun, 6AM–6PM
• Weekend B Shift: Fri–Sun, 6PM–6AM
• 2nd Shift (C Shift): Mon–Fri, 3PM–11PM

Roles Available:

• Machine Operators: Operate various metal fabrication equipment such as press brakes
• Assemblers: Electrical and mechanical assembly, panel wiring
• Brazers: Brazing, leak testing, and pressure testing

What You Bring:

• 1+ year in manufacturing, assembly, or brazing
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Comfortable using hand/power tools and measuring devices
• PLC wiring experience a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Steel-toe boots required

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, VA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.53 - $26.14/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
