Key Responsibilities

Loan & Sales Activities

• Recommend loan products and services that align with customer needs and branch sales goals.
• Market branch offerings to new and existing customers.
• Make collection calls to arrange timely payments.
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans.
• Ensure customer information is accurate and properly documented.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch performance goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet all State and Federal licensing requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers.
