Desktop Support Technician
An employer in Petersburg, VA is looking for a Desktop Support Technician. This person will be:
- Troubleshooting through printer issues and mail issues, as well as some server and networking (VPN issues or Internet issues) issues as needed
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues deskside with users
- Troubleshooting and resolving conference room equipment issues (computers/microphones connecting to screens/projectors, etc)

Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a desktop support or technical support role
- Experience with a ticketing system (ServiceNow is what the team uses now)
- Experience troubleshooting through Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products
- Experience troubleshooting through basic A/V issues as needed
- Excellent communication
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
