Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruiting team by learning the full cycle of talent sourcing and selection. Responsibilities include assisting with job postings, sourcing candidates through various platforms, coordinating job fairs and recruiting events, and supporting hiring managers throughout the process. The intern will also assist with logistics for career fairs and recruitment marketing initiatives, contributing to projects that enhance digital recruiting tools and candidate outreach. This role offers hands-on experience in recruiting, marketing outreach, and candidate engagement, ideal for someone eager to build a foundation in talent acquisition.
Duties and Responsibilities: Interns' job duties are specified in the Individual Assignment Plan (IAP) developed by the hiring code department.
