Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using relevant software tools.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations that align with client requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field; internships or customer service experience may be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present product information.
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers through excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in using sales-related software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to support effective sales strategies.
